FAQs

Q. I'm sick and/or have COVID-19 - what can I do?
A. Please contact the box office as soon as possible to request a ticket exchange by calling 250-374-5483. Our phone line is also open 1-hour prior to performances at the door (call and press option 7). You can also send us an email at klbo@kamloopslive.ca.

Q. Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?
A. Box office standard policy dictates that all purchases are final and there are no refunds. However, each presenter determines their exchange and refund policies for their own event. Fees may apply.  Please contact KL!BO for specific show information regarding refunds.

Q. What can I expect at the Sagebrush Theatre?
A. Please visit the Sagebrush Theatre's website regarding typical house policies and expectations, in place for most events.

Q. How do I get my tickets?
A. The Box Office is pleased to offer print-at-home tickets - which may be displayed on your smartphone - for entry to performances.  Tickets may be mailed for a small processing fee. Please contact the box office for further details.

Q. I can't find my tickets, what do I do?
A. If you have an online account with us, you can simply log back in and click on the "Tickets to Upcoming Performances" Button. Here you will find a list of all the shows you have coming up and you can re-download your PDF copy of the tickets at any time!

You can also come to the box office ticket window on the night of your event and we will re-print your tickets for you, for no extra charge. If you would like to have them ready at the door beforehand at the will-call window, please email or call our box office a few hours before your event (during our business hours) and we can make sure to have them ready for you!

Q. I lost a personal item while I was attending a show. Who do I contact?
A. You can contact our venue services team by emailing us at venueservices@wctlive.ca. Please provide us with your name, a description of your item, and where you were sitting in the theatre. Please note that we only keep lost items for 6 months.

Q. Infants & Babes-in-arms

Everyone entering the Sagebrush Theatre requires a ticket of some kind, including infants.

  • is not yet walking; and
  • is under the age of 3; and
  • does not require an individual seat; and
  • is accompanied by and held by the parent/guardian for the duration of the event

  • Any patron, or infant that does not meet the above criteria must have a regular seat assigned and ticket purchased, and are not considered under this policy.
  • “Babes in Arms” must be assigned an “infant admission pass” by the box office attendant at the door, and will be allowed entry, with the following restrictions:
    1. Patrons should present themselves at the box office window, to be issued an Infant Pass. Infant passes are issued by the box office attendant at the door, and are not issued in advance. For emergency purposes, the pass indicates the guardian’s name, contact information, seat location, and the date/time of performance.
    2. Infant passes are confirmed with the house management, for information for emergency evacuation.
    3. +, bags, blankets and accessories may not be taken to the seat and should be checked at Coat Check in the lobby.
    4. To avoid interruption to other patrons, we encourage guardians with infants to book seats close to an aisle for easy entry/exit.
    5. Guardians whose infants are disrupting a performance will be asked to “take a break” in the lobby. Guardians/infants re-entering from the lobby may be asked to wait for a suitable break in performance to be re-seated. The lobby features a TV with live feed from the stage, so that those waiting in the lobby may continue to observe the performance in progress.
    6. For the comfort of guardians and infants, we have a changing station, and a family/accessible/gender-neutral washroom available in the lobby.
    7. The Sagebrush Theatre does not have a booth available for parents to view a performance – rather the lobby video screens may be used.

Our Commitment to Care

Mask Mandate:
In accordance with the latest Public Health updates, the wearing of masks is no longer required while attending indoor events. They are currently optional when attending events. We do, however, still highly recommend masks to be worn while in the theatre, including lobbies, common spaces, and while in your seat.

Proof of Vaccine:
The Province of BC no longer requires proof of vaccination at events, though some events may still opt to do so. Please check event listings or call the box office for any updates we may have. Thank you for your patience!

While you are in the theatres, please be respectful of other patrons’ comfort and space:

- Please stay home if you are ill. If you cannot attend a performance due to illness, please contact our Box Office to arrange a ticket exchange.
- Respect the personal space of others and try to maintain 6ft distance when possible.
- Wash your hands and/or use provided hand-sanitizing stations.

We promise to notify subscribers and ticket holders if we make any changes to seating, capacity, or safety protocols prior to the performance.
