Q. Are tickets exchangeable? A.Each organization or promoter is able to set the exchange policies applicable to their event. Please note that exchanges are allowed for all Western Canada Theatre performances with 24-hours notice. Some fees may apply. Other events policies may vary. For all inquiries regarding exchanges, please contact KL!BO for details.
Q. Is it okay to wear perfume or cologne, or bring flowers into the lobby or theatre? A. The Sagebrush Theatre is a scent-free zone. In the interest of other patrons, please arrive perfume/cologne-free, and please do not bring flowers into the lobby or theatre. These scents can trigger severe allergic reactions in some patrons.
Q. Can I bring my own food, drink or personal water bottle into the theatre? A. The Sagebrush runs a concession for most performances. We use local suppliers where available, and try to keep our prices reasonable. All funds raised through the sale of concession items go back into the theatre, assisting with equipment purchases and upkeep. We ask that no external food, or beverages be brought into the building. Personal water bottles may be brought in empty, and filled at the concession stand.
Q. Is parking available at the Sagebrush Theatre? A. There is quite a bit of parking after school hours at the Sagebrush Theatre, located in the parking lot beside the lobby entrance, across the street and around the theatre. Please follow the restrictions as posted on parking signage and avoid the driveways of the homeowners located around the theatre!
Q. Is there handicapped parking available? A. There is limited handicapped parking available. The theatre is wheelchair accessible, with a limited number of accessible seating available. Please contact KL!BO to arrange this specific seating.
Q. Can I bring children to the theatre? A. We welcome guests of all ages, but acknowledge that very young children can be disruptive to the performance and to other patrons. Children should be able to sit quietly throughout the performance. Children unable to do so, along with their accompanying adult, will be asked by an usher to leave the theatre or may be asked not to attend the performance. Unless the programming is specific to children and family audiences, please use discretion in choosing to bring a child to a performance. Every patron, regardless of age, requires a ticket. Unless performances or events are identified as Family Friendly, they are not suitable for children or babes in arms. For more information, please contact KL!BO.
